What is included
Projects
Create projects, assign people, set status, and keep schedules on the job.
Schedules
Sections, line items, images, item cost, markup, shipping, and client price. Export PDF or CSV.
Product library
Name, images, vendor, SKU, specs, and files — reused on the next schedule.
Web clipper
Chrome clipper, or paste a URL. The product lands in the library.
Client dashboard
Clients sign in. They see what you publish, comment on the item, and pay invoices.
Invoicing
PO-backed lines, free-form lines, time, payment schedules, Stripe. QuickBooks on a verified firm.
Purchasing
O&O-sourced or self-sourced. Required deposit gates O&O-sourced orders only.
Order tracking
Gmail or Outlook. Quote through delivery on the purchase order, plus carrier updates.
Tasks
Board and list. Assign, date, done. Time can be logged on the task.
Time
A timer on the project, or hours added later. Import unbilled time onto the invoice.
Inbox
Connect Gmail or Outlook. Vendor mail sits with the project.
People
Clients, team, and vendor contacts — used to share the schedule and the dashboard.
How we stay in business
A 5% platform fee on the item cost of O&O-sourced goods only. Shipping is excluded. If you order it yourself, there is no platform fee. You set the markup. You keep it.

Example — O&O-sourced
Item cost $2,000. Platform fee $100. Shipping $200: $0 fee. You still set the markup on the schedule item. Firm cost is item cost + platform fee + shipping.
Example — self-sourced
Same item, you place the vendor order. Platform fee $0. The purchase order still tracks. Required-deposit gating does not apply.
O&O-sourced, in glossary terms
Item cost is the vendor’s price for the goods, excluding shipping.
Platform fee is 5% of that item cost, on O&O-sourced goods only.
Shipping is never marked up and never fee’d.
Firm cost for an O&O-sourced item is item cost + platform fee + shipping. For a self-sourced item it is item cost + shipping.
Client price is firm cost basis × (1 + markup) + shipping. You set the markup.
Required to order is the amount that must be collected before Object & Order places an O&O-sourced vendor order. Self-sourced purchase orders are never payment-gated.
