Start with templates
Create document templates for your most common schedule types. Duplicate and customize instead of building from scratch each time.
Involve clients early
Share project boards with clients before the spec is final. Their feedback is easier to incorporate early, and it reduces surprises at the end.
Tag everything
Tags pay off when you’re searching months later. Add tags as you go — product type, room, vendor — whatever helps you find it again.
